Working principle
The analysis method of the instrument adopts the diphenylcarbazide photometric method, which is based on the principle that trivalent chromium in the sample is oxidized to hexavalent chromium by potassium persulfate in an acidic solution. Hexavalent chromium reacts with diphenylhydrazide to form a purple red compound, which is measured by spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 540nm. The measurement results are consistent with the "Determination of Total Chromium in Water Quality - Diphenylcarbazide spectrophotometric method" (GB/T 7466-1987), and comply with the "Technical Requirements and Testing Methods for Total Chromium Water Quality Automatic Online Monitoring Instrument" (HJ798-2016), ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of the monitoring data.
